As a SureLet tenant, you automatically benefit from many different services, some of which you may not be aware of.
SureLet put safety first, and as a SureLet tenant, you can rest assured that before we let you move into a property, we ensure that the Landlord has the required electrical testing and gas safety certificates. We also ensure that these are renewed as and when appropriate.
Tenants of fully managed properties have access to a dedicated Property Manager based at our SureLet Management Centre, who will be available for you on a daily basis.
There is also a 24 hour emergency service, should you ever have a situation with the property that requires immediate attention. This is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
SureLet are committed to providing exceptional service and advice to Landlords and Tenants where possible and strive to deliver "best practice advice" where possible.
SureLet use CCV to provide references and rent guarantees (subject to CCV's terms and conditions) where appropriate for the property that you rent.
