Your property will be managed by our dedicated team of property managers who will handle all the administration and tenancy queries. The team provide cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We offer three levels of service to Landlords, so that you can pick the one which best suits you and your investment. These are:

Fully Managed is the most popular choice with Landlords, and at a very competitive rate it provides the following as standard:

  • Marketing and advertising the property
  • Accompanied viewings
  • Tenant selection and stringent vetting procedure
  • Rental protection cover *
  • Preparation of tenancy agreement
  • Inventory and schedule of condition at additional charge
  • Arrangement of standing order payments
  • Handling of tenant deposits in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit protection legislation
  • Collection of monthly rental payments form tenants
  • Forwarding rental payments promptly to landlords
  • Forwarding statements on monthly basis
  • Chasing late payments
  • Regular inspections of the property
  • Assistance with any minor insurance claims
  • Arrangement of routine repairs and maintenance
  • Arrangement of annual safety tests
  • Complete final inspection of property
  • Dealing with any dilapidations in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Protection legislation
  • Notifying utility companies of the beginning and end of a tenancy
  • Preparation and serving of appropriate notices
  • Copy rental statements
* SureLet provides Rent Guarantee Insurance for all their fully managed properties. This is offered free to landlords for the first six months on the fully managed service (Rent guarantee is subject to staisfactory references and full terms and conditions apply.  There is one months excess and a maximum of 4 payments will be made. Our Rental Collection Service offers the following:

  • Marketing and advertising the property
  • Accompanied viewings
  • Tenant selection and stringent vetting procedure
  • Preparation of tenancy agreement
  • Arrangement of standing order payments
  • Handling of tenant deposits in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Protection legislation
  • Collection of monthly rental payments from tenants
  • Forwarding of rental payments promptly to landlords

  • Chase and pursue late rental payments

With our Let Only Service, once tenancy has commenced, management of the property lies solely with the landlord. SureLet and it's agents cannot be held responsible thereafter.
